Kimberly Stirlen holds an Associate of Arts from San Jacinto Community College and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Sam Houston, State University. She is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of Houston Clear-Lake. Additionally, she is a certified telemental health provider. Utilizing an integrated theoretical framework, Kimbery blends Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) to help clients reframe cognitive distortions and achieve measurable progress toward their clinical goals.
